Children's check-ups at Bedford Dental Clinic are priced to be seen regularly: £10 up to age six, £15 from seven to twelve and £20 for teenagers. The first visit is often just a look and a count, so a child's memory of the dentist starts with nothing happening.
Fissure sealants, fluoride and a children's hygiene appointment keep small problems small. With evenings and weekends, a check-up fits around school rather than taking a morning off it.
